Program Duration

    The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics focuses on the science of food, diet, and health. Students learn to assess nutritional needs, design diet plans, and promote healthy lifestyles. Graduates are prepared to address malnutrition, chronic diseases, and public health nutrition challenges.

Curriculum Plan

  • The program includes food science, human nutrition, clinical dietetics, community nutrition, food safety, and health promotion. Practical training involves hospital-based nutrition assessments and community outreach projects. Students also engage in research to address nutrition-related challenges.

Admission Requirements

    Applicants must have completed secondary education with strong grades in Biology and Chemistry. Entrance exams and interviews may apply. Students with an interest in public health, health promotion, and community development are encouraged to apply.
